About Shipping Notification

If your order is to be shipped after 7 days from the date of order due to cart system, we will only notify you of the shipment first due to additional handling fees.
We will provide you with a tracking number when the item is ready to be shipped at a later date.

About Shipping

We ship from Japan in small packages
We can ship by EMS for an additional charge.

Small packages take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
EMS usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Delays may occur depending on weather and other delivery conditions.
Please be patient.

All shipments will have a tracking number.

About blemish on Pearls

Pearls basically have blemishesih. It is a sign that the pearl has grown in nature.
Pearls that are flawless are very rare and the price is more than twice as high. If you are extremely concerned about the blemish of pearls or if you are looking for perfection, we recommend pearls that come with a certificate.

About Tax

Customs duty is not included in the price of goods.
Customs duty rates are usually determined by each country and the amount depends on the commodity.
Please understand we can not check all countries tariffs.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any impairment in value.

Return period

Returns can be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the 
product. Returns will not be accepted after that time.

About Pearl Certificate (Pearl Science Laboratory)

We have received many questions from customers, so we will explain about pearl on the certificate of authenticity.

Pink colored pearl
・Highest grade → Tennyo
・High grade → Hanadama

Gray and blue cultured pearl
・Highest grade → Madama
・High grade→ Blue Rose

Pearl without color test
・Highest grade → Akoya Queen
・High grade → Rose

Hanadama and Tennyo are mainly pink colored pearl.
Blue Rose and Madama are natural color, gray or blue colored pearl.
Akoya Queen and Rose are pearls that are not rated for color.

Pearl for which a certificate of authenticity has been issued are pearl that have passed inspection standards, so they are all beautiful pearl.
